Turning platform complexity into something dealers can use
ATD developed Radius to bring ordering, tools, and workflows into a single platform for shop owners across the automotive aftermarket. The opportunity was clear, but so was the risk. Dealers already rely on multiple systems to run their businesses, and introducing another platform only works if it fits naturally into how they operate.
The challenge was not explaining what Radius does, but helping dealers understand how it works in practice and why it is worth adopting. Ammunition was brought in to make that transition feel straightforward and usable from the start.

What We Did
- Go-to-Market Strategy
- Platform Launch
- Experience Design
- Integrated Campaign
Introduce Radius to market in a way that makes its value clear, credible and usable from the start.ATD wasn’t launching a feature or incremental product. Radius brought together ordering, tools and workflows into a single platform, changing how dealers interact with the aftermarket. That created a different challenge. Dealers needed to understand not just what Radius is, but how it fits into the way they already run their business. If that connection wasn’t made quickly, the platform risked being seen as another system to learn rather than a better way to operate. The ambition was to turn a complex platform into something dealers could understand, trust and adopt from day one.

The strategy focused on introducing Radius as a practical solution, not a technical platform.Rather than leading with features or product detail, the work centred on showing how Radius works within the context of a dealer’s day-to-day operations. The aim was to make the platform feel immediately relevant by demonstrating how it simplifies ordering, connects systems and reduces friction across workflows. At the same time, the launch needed to establish a clear market presence. This required a consistent narrative, visual identity and campaign approach that could carry across trade shows, digital channels and dealer communications.By combining a clear go-to-market framework with a focus on real-world use, the strategy positioned Radius as something dealers could recognise and adopt, rather than something they needed to figure out.
The Execution
The Growth
Turned product performance into something the market could recognise and act on. Early momentum translated into demand, specification interest and industry recognition.
