Turning influence into omnichannel growth

PDI had already earned the trust that drives growth: quality products, expert guidance and relationships that brought customers back.

The challenge was getting more people to know the brand in the first place.

We brought together research, creative, media, influencer partnerships and industry experiences to expand PDI’s visibility with the people shaping home projects—homeowners, designers and contractors—and turn awareness into consideration, preference and demand.

What We Did
  • Brand Research & Strategy
  • Campaign Platform & Creative
  • Omnichannel Media
  • Social & Influencer Marketing
  • Experiential Activation
Make PDI a more visible and influential choice for homeowners, designers and contractors—and turn that visibility into growth.PDI already had strong reasons for customers to choose the brand: premium products, knowledgeable service and a consultative approach that extended throughout the project. The opportunity was to bring those advantages to more people. And because home projects are shaped by multiple voices, growth couldn’t come from reaching homeowners alone. Designers influence homeowners. Contractors influence product decisions. And both audiences are increasingly influenced by what they see, share and recommend online. Our ambition was to connect those audiences and build PDI’s presence across the moments where decisions begin, take shape and become purchases.
We started by understanding how PDI showed up in the minds of homeowners, designers and contractors—measuring awareness, perceptions, competitive associations and the factors influencing consideration. The research revealed a clear opportunity: PDI’s experience was stronger than its awareness. Once people engaged with the brand, its quality, expertise and support created a compelling reason to choose it—and come back. The challenge was earning a place in the consideration set before that relationship ever began. That insight became Your Partner in Progress: a platform built around the idea that every project is a journey, and PDI is the partner helping customers move it forward. From there, we built a B2B2C strategy designed to make influence work harder. Designers became an important bridge between PDI and homeowners, creating preference with individual clients while opening the door to repeat business across projects. Contractors added another layer of professional credibility and recommendation.Paid media, social, influencers and industry experiences then worked together to put PDI in front of those audiences wherever inspiration, advice and product decisions were happening.
The Execution
  • 01

    • Research revealed a clear opportunity: PDI’s product and experience were strong. Its awareness needed to catch up.
  • 02

    • Your Partner in Progress positioned PDI as a consultative partner helping move every project forward—from individual renovations to ongoing design portfolios.
  • 03

    • Paid social, search and programmatic put PDI in front of audiences from early inspiration through active consideration, with CTV extending the campaign into sight, sound and motion.
  • 04

    • We transformed designer events into opportunities for connection, influencer engagement and content that extended PDI’s presence beyond the room.
  • 05

    • Local influencers brought PDI products into real renovation journeys, giving homeowners inspiration while strengthening credibility with the professionals shaping their decisions.
The Growth

We connected research, strategy, creative, media, influence and experience into one omnichannel growth platform.

The result was a more visible PDI—one showing up earlier in the decision-making journey, strengthening relationships with the professionals who influence purchase and creating more opportunities for homeowners to discover, consider and choose the brand.

Because when PDI is part of the conversation, it has more opportunities to become part of the project.
