All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our medical, dental, and vision benefits, on the first of the month following their first day of employment. Ammunition covers 75% of premiums for employees who opt into company-sponsored medical benefits.

Employees are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) offering starting the first of the month following six months of employment. Ammunition matches 100% of contributions on the first 3% and 50% of contributions from 3% to 5%.

After 12 months of employment, we are proud to offer maternity leave of 10 paid weeks and paternity leave of 4 paid weeks.

Each employee receives 20 paid days off each year, along with nearly 15 agency holidays. An additional 5 days are earned upon the employee’s third anniversary of employment.

Ammunition embraces a flexible hybrid work schedule. Our in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Mondays and Fridays are flex/remote days.

‍

Ammunition employees are encouraged to improve their skillsets, maintain certifications, and keep up with emerging market standards through continuing education offerings.

Each employee is eligible to have their training, conference, certifications, etc. reimbursed by Ammunition up to $1,200 each calendar year.

Every full time employee receives a Macbook Pro, 24” external display, and an iPhone, in addition to all the necessary peripherals needed to get the job done.

We also give each employee a $500 stipend to purchase any other hardware that would make their in-office work setup more productive.

Ammunition is centrally located in Midtown’s living room, Colony Square. That means that transit in and out is convenient, and access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is just an elevator ride away.

We also throw in a free membership to the C-Fit gym to every member of the team.
